ABOUT ME

My Story

My name is Sydney Mays and I am just another horse crazy girl here to share my love through photography. I have been riding for almost 6 years, own 2 horses, and ride at Woodland Farms in San Juan Capistrano, California. Years ago I juggled volleyball and soccer, but never found it to be the sport for me. When I started my first lesson, it instantly clicked. Getting my first camera for Christmas a few years ago sparked my love for photography.

Being able to combine my two favorite things resulted in a lot of weekend mornings starting with, "Mom.. can you take me down to the horse show please?" I just loved being able to show and express my love to people and the beauty in this sport. I never thought I would become the photographer I am now, but I am definitely still learning!
